Sean helps clients resolve disputes, reduce risk, and grow their businesses.​​ He litigates cases throughout state and federal courts, serves as a mediator, and handles real estate and business transactions.

Sean also provides outside general counsel services for companies, including:

• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, leases, and terms and conditions;

• Ensuring zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance;

• Protecting intellectual property and proprietary information; and

• Risk management.

Sean is a member of Shaker Heights City Council, where he currently serves on the Finance Committee, as Chair of the Recreation Committee, and on the board of the Shaker Heights Development Corporation. He previously served as Vice Mayor, as a Member of the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, and as Chair or Member of numerous other Committees.

Sean also volunteers with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3-Rs program and as a youth sports coach, and serves as a musician at St. Dominic Church.
